These Terms govern your use of the Roadtrip Rumble game and this website, operated by Björn Services. By playing or using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use them.

Licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Roadtrip Rumble for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Leaderboards and conduct

When using the online leaderboards, you agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use tools to submit false or manipulated scores;
• submit display names that are offensive, unlawful, infringing, or that impersonate others;
• interfere with or attempt to disrupt the game or its servers.

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset scores, or block submissions at our discretion to keep the boards fair and appropriate.

Advertising and in-game items

The game is supported by advertising. You may optionally watch rewarded ads to receive in-game benefits (such as a revive or extra in-game cash). In-game items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game.

Intellectual property

The game — including its code, artwork, and branding — is owned by Björn Services or its licensors and is protected by law. Third-party assets and software included in the game are used under their respective licences, listed in the game's Credits screen.

Disclaimer

The game and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores or data will always be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Björn Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game or website.

Changes

We may update the game and these Terms from time to time, and may change or discontinue features (including the online leaderboards) at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
